Comparative Analysis of EEG Performance Metrics in virtual reality games

In the project, we conducted user studies with 14 users and investigated the emotional responses in three VR games . We also created an ad-hoc linear model to map the users' emotions toward their post-test ratings in VR games. In this research, we combined EEG data analysis with VR game systems.

Brain-controlled video game

In this prototype demo, the player can control a game character using mental commands. The system was developed using Emotiv SDK for Unity.  The system uses pre-trained mental commands on the Emotiv Epoc headset and then sends those commands to a platformer game in Unity. 

Player's emotional analysis while playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate

In this project, an EEG headset is used to capture the player's emotional states while playing exploration and combat scenarios in the Assassin's Creed Syndicate game. The video shows the live brain activity during the gameplay.
