I'm a Visiting Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Elon University and a Unity Certified Programmer. Prior to joining to Elon, I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University, Boston, MA. My research activities focus on 1) using serious games for behavioral improvement in several contexts, 2) enabling rapid evaluation of game design through crowdsourcing and custom visualizations, and 3) incorporating XR within serious game modules to reinforce user engagement and participation. I'm currently working on a prototype system called as "ARAPID" and through this system, I'm leveraging the potential of online crowdsourcing and game analytics to streamline the playtesting involved in game development pipleline. Additionally, am investigating the aspects of gamification and interaction patterns in virtual reality and mixed reality.
